  • “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.

  • ‘’Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment’’

  • ‘’We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE’’

  • ‘’Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website’’

  • ‘’Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules’’

  • ’User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account’’

Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping on ALL orders within the UAE. The website is accessible for customers outside UAE who can purchase our products and either ship them to any local address in UAE (without any shipping costs) or request to ship internationally to their country with the addition of international shipping charges, as per the acceptable rules and regulations.

 

Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries.

UAE Delivery is free and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. If your country of delivery is not reflecting in the checkout page kindly contact us for support through the online chat option or send us an email at diydelightfz@gmail.com

 

Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Return & Refunds Policy

The products purchased can be returned only in case the status of the products is damaged while the customer receives or opens the product. In such cases, the customer should notify us within 24hrs of receiving the product by sending us an email on diydelightfz@gmail.com with the images. Such products will be required to be shipped back to the company.

The company will ensure to provide the replacement of such goods If the products were genuinely found to be damaged and not returned due to the change of mind of the customer. The company will provide a replacement product or discount coupons to such customers which they could use online to purchase a product of equivalent amount.

The company reserves all rights to refund the amount to the customers in case the same is requested by the customer, and the customer does not want the replacement of the product.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window:
Customers can cancel their order within 48 hours from the time of purchase.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used by the customer. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Conditions for Cancellation:

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is in the shipping process, cancellation is not possible.

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once the creation process has begun.​
