The courier will be contacting you upon delivery and if in case the customer is not available to receive the order, kindly advice the courier for reschedule of the delivery.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please make separate orders online.

A value-added tax (VAT) is a consumption tax placed on a product whenever value is added at each stage of the supply chain, from production to the point of sale. Flat 5% VAT would be applicable on all of the products at Paint by Numbers UAE. The final price displayed on our website will be inclusive of VAT.

The website is accessible for customers outside UAE who can purchase our products and either ship them to any local address in UAE (without any shipping costs) or request to ship internationally to their country with the addition of international shipping charges, as per the acceptable rules and regulations.

We maintain an online inventory and due to the demand if some of the products are out of stock the same will be notified to you while selecting or trying to purchase that product online. In rare cases if the product cannot be shipped after the purchase is completed we will we will notify you within 24 hours and the money will be refunded to you or you would be provided an option to purchase any other product of the equivalent amount.

The products purchased can be returned only in case the status of the products is damaged while the customer receives or opens the product. In such cases the customer should notify us within 24hrs of receiving the product by sending us an email at diydelightfz@gmail.com with the images. We will be contacting you as soon as we received your email and do necessary steps in order to replace the damaged order/s. However, if found out that the damage is caused by the customer, we will be deducting the delivery charges on the total refund amount.
